I Looked around me in the secluded hallway, I saw my Blue phantom companion next to me bow.
There was a foggy gate ahead of us, as we entered. A choir of singers belted out an epic song as the camera panned around the 30 metre tall knight that we stood before. A plethora of archers surrounded us.
I quickly ran up the stairs on the right, and my companion on the left. I ran to the archers as they attempted to shoot my with their armour piercing arrows. Luckily I defeated them. And met my counterpart in the middle. Where the gargantuan knight await us. The Choir of voices made everything seem more intense and on the edge.
We ran back down the stairs and Rolled out of the way of the Knights attack. MY companion Ran toward it's Achilles heel where he attacked with him broadsword, as I attacked with my Soul arrows in the same area.
MY companion took a hit and was pierced by the knights gigantic spear. In order to save him, I diverted attention from him to myself by recklessly running in front of the knight to get it's attention while he had time to heal.
I was hit by the knight's shield, however my companion came to aide by attacking it's heel once more.
The knight lost its footing and fell backwards, onto the ground. We both pelted toward the now fallen gargantuan knights head. I equipped my Bastard sword and swung with all my might, the knight took damage but got back up again, I dodged out of the way of his attack, however. Unbeknownst to me, had hit my companion. My companion didn't have enough time to heal himself and was crushed under the knight's shield.
Now alone, I had to face this gargantuan monster. I belted toward the stairs and targeted the Knight to hit him with my Soul Arrows. His Achilles heel seemed to be his weak spot. And doing ranged attacks was the only way to get him to fall down again in order for me to do massive damage to it's head. However in this method I quickly ran out of mana to cast my soul arrows. I panicked and rand down the stairs to rush him with my Sword. I got hit due to being wreckless. I got up with a lither of health left. Saw the Knight starting to lunge his Spear into me, and quickly rolled out of the way. Ran behind him and started to attack his heel once more.
I was careless, as I didnt look after my sword. And as I Swung for the Enemy. I hit a wall and my sword shattered. The top of the screen was flashing WEAPON BROKEN!
I had to find some way of defeating this demon. The chorus belting out as always. Just adding to the pressure of this. I ran toward the stairs in a final burst of energy. I was almost hit in the back by the gargantuan spear, but luckily I ran up the stairs before it could hit me. I healed myself and entered into the indoor hallway where the knight could not attack me. I opened my inventory in a hurry and looked for the old spice. Something that could replenish my mana, and let me use my soul arrows again.
I consumed the spice, now with 5 soul arrows left. I boldly left the hallway and ran back down the stairs. The Knight Crashed his shield down onto the floor. However I dodged it and got out of the way. I targeted his Achilles heel again and attacked four times. Bringing his health down to a meager dot on the bar.
I was hit by his spear several time while running around him, I had One shot left. Everything I worked for so far in this fight, lead up to this deciding moment. As The knight lunged toward me. I Targeted His head. And cast my final soul arrow.
I gambled, and it worked. The knight fell onto it's knees and dissapeared. I belted “YES!” At the top of my lungs as the chorus faded and the area was in complete silence.I read a message left by another player by the carcass of the dead Tower Knight. It read;
“The True Demon's Souls starts here”
